Cancel contract

Fill in your details and press “Cancel now”. You do not need to sign in. We email you a confirmation straight away. Access always ends automatically at the end of the period you paid for – there is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Type of cancellation

We send the confirmation to this address. Ideally use the address of your account, so that we can find your contract.

The course and the approximate date of purchase, or the payment reference from your receipt.

When should the contract end?

When you press “Cancel now”, we receive your cancellation and email you a confirmation with its content, the date and time we received it and when the contract is to end. Have an account? Log in to choose the purchase (optional).
