Right of withdrawal
Information for consumers. The German text follows the statutory model; an English version follows. In short: you can withdraw within 14 days, but for digital content the right ends once access starts, if you asked for immediate access and confirmed that you know you lose the right.
What you confirm at checkout
Access to a course starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Before you can go to the checkout, you are asked to tick this box next to the buy button:
“I expressly request that you start providing the digital content (access to the course) immediately, before the 14-day cancellation period ends. I acknowledge that I lose my right to cancel once access has begun.”
We store this declaration with a timestamp and confirm it to you by email together with the contract details. The details of the statutory right are set out below.
Your contract for the course is with us, so please send a withdrawal to us: online with “Withdraw from contract here” (no sign-in needed), or using the contact details below. The payment is handled through Stripe Managed Payments: Stripe’s affiliate Sold through Link, LLC (“Link”) is the merchant of record and pays out any refund to the payment method you used. For purchases “Sold through Link” you can also contact Link support; Link’s terms for purchases “Sold through Link” contain their own rules on refunds and cancellation.

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.
Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsabschlusses.
Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (Marc Cherier, High Performer Certs, Massower Str. 13, 10315 Berlin, Deutschland, E-Mail: marc.cherier@outlook.de) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder eine E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist. Sie können Ihr Widerrufsrecht auch online unter https://highperformer-certs.com/withdraw (Schaltfläche „Withdraw from contract here“, auch ohne Anmeldung) ausüben. Wenn Sie diese Online-Funktion nutzen, übermitteln wir Ihnen auf einem dauerhaften Datenträger (z. B. durch eine E-Mail) unverzüglich eine Eingangsbestätigung mit Informationen zum Inhalt der Widerrufserklärung sowie dem Datum und der Uhrzeit ihres Eingangs.
Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.
Folgen des Widerrufs
Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet.
Vorzeitiges Erlöschen des Widerrufsrechts
Bei einem Vertrag über die Bereitstellung von nicht auf einem körperlichen Datenträger befindlichen digitalen Inhalten erlischt das Widerrufsrecht, wenn wir mit der Vertragserfüllung begonnen haben, nachdem Sie (1) ausdrücklich zugestimmt haben, dass wir vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist mit der Vertragserfüllung beginnen, (2) Ihre Kenntnis davon bestätigt haben, dass Sie durch Ihre Zustimmung mit Beginn der Vertragserfüllung Ihr Widerrufsrecht verlieren, und (3) wir Ihnen eine Bestätigung des Vertrags auf einem dauerhaften Datenträger (z. B. per E-Mail) zur Verfügung gestellt haben, in der Ihre Zustimmung und Bestätigung festgehalten sind (§ 356 Abs. 5, § 312f Abs. 3 BGB).

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Marc Cherier, High Performer Certs, Massower Str. 13, 10315 Berlin, Deutschland, E-Mail: marc.cherier@outlook.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://highperformer-certs.com/withdraw (button “Withdraw from contract here”, no sign-in needed). If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (for example by email) without delay, with information on the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was received. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Early expiry for digital content
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal ends once we have begun to supply the content, provided that you expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period, you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we sent you a confirmation of the contract, including that consent and acknowledgement, on a durable medium (for example by email).
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you a comparable 14-day right to cancel, which also ends once the supply of digital content has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement.
